She does see new clients. She can afford being a bit selective in who she sees.
Id say review is accurate. Ill add that her view on whats considered "bigger tool" is somewhat skewed towards smaller size. So if you are average or slightly bigger you might have limited menue options.
But her ST, body, hand job and general set-up are first notch.
