You might not have to, but I wanted to make sure I got Shiny and knew I was going earlier in the week so I did so to make sure I got her. But I didn’t see anyone else there when I was there so YMMV.

Shiny is limiting the # of appointments per day to avoid burnout, per her when I visited about a week ago, Best to schedule at least a few days inn advance.

It is true, if we schedule ahead, there should not be any problems or any unexpectation. Shinny is quite well organized for this.

The third picture on the website is an Instagram model "Jenna Chew" so I would say they're not real. As Wayne said very few post real pictures.
