I wonder if Ellen is the reincarnation of Emma, who I saw here in late Sept.
Sounds like a very similar experience.
I had had high hopes based on other reviews.

Seen Coco at Hitomi Japanese Spa and was alright

I had one good experience at hitomi. A beautiful young Korean girl who of course I didn’t get the name and she has never been back. Every time after that has been nothing but lies and disappointment. I don’t even bother with them anymore
