This is one of my favorite places in Flushing. It’s near a large Korean church so I first look at the sky and beg for forgiveness before I walk in. lol.

Anyway, they have a shower in the very back (you take a shower by yourself) and I recommend using the room in the basement. You will have much more privacy. ;)
Bayside is not Flushing good sir!!

Some think Bayside has better schools and are willing to pay a little more.
It's not just a thought. Well at least when I was in Queens in 2005-2007 they did have better schools. My exes child was going there from Elmhurst with the No child left behind program and Bayside schools were ranked among the best in NYC. And number 1 in Queens.

Going back only a few years 2017/2018 there were about 14 or more R/T, FS places from city line down to Douglaston train station alone.

Tony would be extremely proud of you boys!!!!
Okay.. One more positive comment because Tony was a great guy that I still miss

The schools in Bayside work very hard to build a sense of community. In the high school, it places a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion with the various groups in the student body. It is well run and encourages the uplifting of students at all levels, including the IEP community.

For comparison, Francis Lewis is massively overcrowded with a staggered 10 or 11 period day for students. Cardozo is focused on test taking and fell behind. Forest Hills High school focuses more on the sciences in recent years but it has some great teachers. Bayside used to be fourth among those schools and worked hard to be number 1 in Queens.
