Good Info, tbh I think more and more people are accepting the poor service due to the increase in quality of the rotation, to each their own. I know there are long time mongers who do not experience this, or those are are just “special” but it does suck for those who get shafted. It’s the same conversation every few months and nothing ever changes, if that’s the case the spa won’t see a reason to change
LOL, I go way back to the old Callowhill on 15th and Callowhill above that bar (not sure if it is there anymore). I remember going when it was busy and reading complaints that it is too busy. I even moved on to another spa a few times. Well let's say sometimes there is a valid and very good reason they are busy.
If I like a place, I always try to find out what their slow times are. Also calling ahead 3-4 hours to set an appointment always helps. If you just show up and they may just try to squeeze you in. Also it never hurts to complain to the manager, you don't need to be an a-hole about it but just a little reminder, that I really felt rushed last time I was here. Squeaking wheels get the grease.
I also am one who if she rocks my world for 40 mins and it is great.
I will be much happier with that then a lack luster 65 mins with no energy.
I know not everyone agrees with that and it is fine. Just my thing. Of course, I could care less about the massage.
