I imagine it gets tough to rule with an iron fist in these scenarios. The owner agreeing to the let the girls facilitate these customers has some benefits. One, the guys keep coming back and trust that there isn't a bait and switch scenario. And two, it frees up the owner from having to be involved in the process at all, which is actually a big deal in business...Lol
Personally, I have 2 favorites I see now and I reach out to them and make sure they are working and check availability, then I call mamasan and schedule, and then confirm again with my favs. It's also gotten me some other benefits, but my recommendation....Get the number of the girls you like if possible.

How is the owner going to keep the girls from giving out their phone numbers to potentially repeat customers. Many of us get the phone numbers from the girls we want to see multiple times. I use to follow the reviews for TW and this location, so I hope it is okay if I butt in. There are some etiquette rules that customers with the girls' phone numbers should follow. During working hours you should not call on the phone and expect to have the girl answer the phone thus interrupting someone else's session. It's more polite to just text so that she can get back to you when she isn't busy. Then she can decide to call or text you back.
Also, the girl should not have her phone in the room or have the ringers turned on, and definitely not answer the phone or text during a session, unless she handling the shop's phone calls. Other than this, there is no reason they should not be allowed to give out their number. For example, I texted a girl yesterday for an appointment today to find out how early was it okay for me to come in because I know she likes to sleep in a little later. She texted back when she could the time, so I called the shop later to make the appointment with the Emo, just to make everything official. Sometimes the girls will actually write the appointment in the schedule themselves. The girl decided that she wanted to sleep a little later and texted me a little later time, and she handled the change with the Emo herself because it was already pretty late. Having some communication with them just makes things easier.
Finally, guys making an appointment should give a little longer notice and nit just call from 10 minutes away saying that the were on their way in. Just being considerate goes a long way to not screwing up other customer's appointments.

Was there a few days ago, for a 30 min session. Was in the middle of my session when the doorbell rings and one of the girls calls my girl. She leaves the room for about 5 minutes. Upon her return, my mood is diminished and she finishes the session. I tip less than normal. She comments that it is less. I reply you left the room and the session was not as good. I will stop going here or visit much less. There are many options.
Well, when she first opened shop she took all her ladies from a legendary Mamasan along with latching on to the same exact supply chain during a tough time for said mamasan. So, it wasn't so much about her knowing how to recruit as it was more of her knowing how to hustle. Shame as her herself started out working for the legendary mamasan and stabbed her in the back. That my friends, is the name of the game.
Most that have a providers number know enough to make an appointment with the provider and the boss. The problem is when 2 or 3 guys what to see the same girl at the same time. The provider says “OK” and agreed with the MMS that the MMS will find a way to make it “work.” Work, that is to their advantage and the customers detriment. This isn’t that uncommon.
well I remember this Parlor in Edison named Renaissance. it was a Latina. Russian. American. And just on Chinese girl wow!! These place was owned by one Argentina man. Women top notch beautiful rooms with jacuzzi and a VIP room expensive yes. but for you to get in you need it on appointment and when you got there the girl was waiting for you. Session was one full hour or 90 minutes in the VIP room no one ever complained about the service or the time. in the front it was a girl she took the money or credit card and if you had a complaint she would take your complaint and the owner he got back to you. but very rare it was a complaint. No girl was allowed to take a customer number his rule was if you did , you did not have job any longer I became a steady client I got to know few girls. Unfortunately Asians places don’t run that way. Appointment don’t mean nothing it’s just to get your foot in the door . The place it’s gone now. Like every thing in life nothing lasts for ever.
I disagree. I think some spas encourage it and when things are slow they are told to reach out to their regulars to drum up business. Most these girls have burner numbers anyway. Very few if any are giving you their true personal number.

Once that text comes across, as phony as we all know it is, "I miss you baby, when you come see me? Come see me today, I miss you so much Baby", that seed gets planted and I ended up there at some point that day or the next. As a matter of fact, I have a few girls thatif I don't hear from them, I don't even bother to go see them anymore.

You are correct ! The stated policy is to not give out numbers. I have received many a text from provider who told me the MMS asked me to text you and ask where you have been. Of course, that could be the provider trying to act coy.
I do know that some MMS’s don’t want their girls giving out their number for the following:
1. Fear of monger and provider meeting up outside the spa and monger stops coming to spa.
2. Fear of provider taking monger to new spa when she moves on.
