Just walk a few blocks, parked at 11th and Vine, 3 hour free parking. Or I walk from 1041, I can handle a short 10 minute walk fo 4 hours of free parking. Time for lunch afterwards or a visit with my favorite MMS.

I just hit the lot next door $10 for 2 hrs, I am already paying $5 just for coming over the pond so what the heck!

Once you get approved for EPM. You'll find more than enough parking lots and garages near by if you're willing to walk a few blocks at the most. If you're afraid of driving or parking in Philly the regional rail and or PATCO high speed line will get you close enough. If you can't use Google, Google Maps and can't read a map then you're in trouble.
