I actually forgot to ask her how she dyed her hair and didn't really know her well enough to dig through her hair to check out the color of her roots.If bleached , would have made it whiter but it was blonde I don't know what color platinum is , she had blonde hair a little past her shoulders so since her hair was blonde i would have to say the tips were blonde too . She did put it up in a bun prior to shower and let it loose once back on the bed but maybe you can help and set up an appointment with her and properly assess the color of her hair in a review of her
