LOL! Sometimes I thought about taking a post-it, and writing "JIM_HATEZ says HELLO" on it, and folding it and slipping it into the "other" pair of shoes on my way out (if they are there). But with my luck some non member will get it, complain to LF and then I'll get in trouble for freaking somebody out unintentionally lmao.

I know we're going off topic here but it's less about the shoes and more about the behavior. Walking back and forth talking loudly on your cell phone pacing out front as a white guy stands out. I wouldn't call it level 10 security risk, it's obviously a very low risk if any risk at all, but I always try to get in and out of these establishments creating the minimal amount of attention on myself and the location.

Of course, nobody has to do what I do, but I think the more low profile this stuff can stay the better off we all are. Happy Saturday!

Hard to say to be honest. I know I don't blend in that well myself down there (not Asian) but usually I try to stay away from the location a bit until I get the text to proceed.

If I am parked somewhere, I often sit in my car, or just take a slow walk and look around like the average tourist. There are even some benches in C-Town you can sit on and people watch if you want. Not to mention all the matcha places, restaurants, stores, etc.

Anyways.. not trying to get on a soapbox or anything, but at least for the guys who read this, probably you know better than to pace back and forth by the front door, but if you lack that level of self awareness, just my 2 cents, please don't.

But yeah, don't stand in front in front of the building or walking back and forth around the building. If you must, look at the food shop until your time to proceed.
