In NY we used to have the Fulton Street fish market, the major distribution point for fresh seafood in the NYC Metro area.
It's now in Hunt's Point in the Bronx, with the rest of the food distribution.
I'm guessing your "Fishtown" is something similar, but until this post I had never heard of it.

It's just the name for a neighborhood that sort of borders the industrial water front along the Delaware River. It has experienced a recent rejuvenation with an influx of millenials moving (renting) to the area and fuck ton of hipster bars and restaurants.

Fishtown in Philly was named because many of the original residents were fishermen. They eventually controlled the fishing on both sides of the river from the Delaware Bay to Trenton.

I was told the lomi lomi wasn't available now because of the pandemic which is understandable. We texted pre-covid about getting together on her current trip here but now it's no lomi and she will be wearing gloves and a mask during sessions so I passed. Hopefully her sessions will go back to normal sooner rather than later.

Ugh that's a disappointment. Gloves and mask ruin it for me, I would have passed too.

Things probably won't change until we get a vaccine so unfortunately I won't be seeing her for a while. Obviously she's just taking precautions which is great but I'm not paying that much to get rubbed down by someone wearing a mask and gloves lol.
