I'm told that Sasha is no longer there?? I've requested her on my last several visits and "Not here anymore" that's what they say. Anyone to verify? The talent here is diffently on the brink. Like anything else though its likely a cycle that will pass in time and hopefully improve.

I saw her two weeks ago, haven’t heard anything since. She said to ask for her next time though.

Sounds just like all businesses now-a-days. They keep cutting back on quality and services to put more money in the pockets of the owners. Hire cheaper, less qualified labor. They will continue to do it until it hurts their bottom line, and with the seemingly constant flow of patrons to Chun (based upon the number of reviews) they have no reason to change their business model.
Once the clientele stops knocking on the door, things might improve, but until then, only the occasional diamond in the rough will be found, and the rest will be sub-par.

I have given up on the LV until something changes... going to have to try another stomping ground...

It's unfortunate because this location was easy to work into my schedule.

I don't understand this post. The girls all make the same money per appointment, not sure where the cheaper labor comment comes from.

The better the girl is the more business she generates for she and the shop. More house fees and tips is good for both. In the end the girl can make even a little more if she can generate higher than the minimum tip amount.

Like I said, just don't understand the logic in this post. It's up to the customers to help make the business and the girls successful in order for the top talent to stay.

The "cheap" labor is based on who can be recruited to work at a given AMP.

It's a chicken-and-egg situation. The more lucrative AMPs attract the better girls. In turn, the better girls bring in more customers, making the AMP more profitable. The reverse is true as well. Struggling AMPs will find it hard to attract good talent and lack of good talent makes them struggle even more. It can be a vicious circle. I've seen some AMPs start with A-team providers (typically friends of the new owner) and get off to a good running start. But then those girls leave and they either have to recruit new A-team members or suffer with B or even C grade girls (or even old women).

Yes the house fee remains the same, but i'm sure that new girls/less desirable women are paid a lesser portion of the house fee. They don't have the same negotiating power as the star providers do, so they take what they can get.
You are right that more house fees and tips are good for both the girl and the spa, but you have to also have management that is willing to spend more to make more (by hiring top talent with solid existing resumes). If management is happy with the status quo, they have no incentive to raise the level of talent.

I've never run or been involved with running a spa, but I would think it's like any other business where some owners are greedier then others and do the bare minimum to keep it going.

For FS girls, they get no part of the house fee, but keep their tips. R&T girls get very little or none of the house fee. I guess legit girls get a little more of the house fee. But honestly we are not talking about these legit places.

Don’t take this statement to personally , maybe some self reflection is required. High quality talent looks for highly qualified clientele. Handsome, well groomed, repeat, big spenders. You should hear some of the horror stories Judy and Yuyo have told me about a few of the customers walking through the door. Remember, they TOFTT on every new customer. Please don’t kill the messenger.

Wayne, to your point about the FS girls not getting part of the house fee. I don't believe that to be true, at least in all cases. I had a FS girl (whom I saw on a regular basis) confide in me once that "boss is now giving less of the house fee" and she was upset. Meaning obviously that they were getting a portion of the house fee at the discretion of the owner.

I like your comment, but don't totally agree. A couple of dissenting points:
1. Their TOFTT is much different from ours. With their TOFTT, they get paid. In contrast, we have to pay. So for them, there may be a yuck factor, but they still make good $$ (assuming the guy is a reasonable tipper). When we have a subpar provider, we lost $$ AND have a bad experience. So while they might "break even", we suffer a double whammy loss.
2. To quote Godfather II: "This is the business we (they) have chosen." Meaning: a yuck factor, while unwelcome, is an inherent part of the job. Just like it is for a Dentist, OB/GYN, or even a plumber. But they get compensated for that yuck factor, so its incumbent on them to be professionals. In the LV APMPs, its a given the clients aren't going to be Brad Pitt. But these girls are not spring chickens either. Regardless of how they look, most are in their late 30s to early 50s. So hot urban markets are likely closed to them. Anywhere else they flee to, the clients probably aren't going to be a whole lot better. And some parts of the country, they might be a lot worse. So if they want to stay in the biz, they can either suck it up or retire.
3. I'm no Brad Pitt by any means, but I do consider myself above average for my age. Because of that, I have no problem with the "horror stories", because those make guys like me seem a whole lot better (the AMP equivalent of beer goggles). As long as those horror-show guys don't actually scare the girls out of the biz (see my point #2) , I say "Bring 'em on".
