Daytime is not an issue when the sun is up. I have no point of reference after dark. For those worried about parking: Parking is relatively easy. I park in front of the building usually in front of the Trestle Inn (a few doors away on the same street) or I turn left at the light, after I pass the spa, and park on the left side of the street -- 15 feet past the light. No pay. No need to pay for a parking lot during the day. Or, you can park on Race and 11th Street and walk 2-3 blocks. Meter parking available there.
