Good skills and agree with all skills and assessments provided except for the attitude which really showed when it came to the no round 2 part. I guess a ho is gonna be a ho as the song goes but you expect a standard of service commensurate with the donation level.

But ball busting aside, that is what the tiered pricing based on time time was intended for in agencies until these portable fast house agencies started this upsell b&s, and "trick you into paying for an hour" crap. But even with the no msog for an hour, you're paying for the hour. I was gonna stay the full hour on principal just so she couldn't book an extra monger, because she immediately dressed and started chit-chat and texting on her phone after round 1 was over like a HObot. But I didn't want to waste the time on my side. I usually give an agency 3 strikes before I take my hobby dollars elsewhere. This was definitely strike 1.

I would be very weary of any providers who outright advertise 2 pops. That would get an automatic ban from most boards that allow providers to advertise their services. That is a big red flag to avoid especially if the provider has no reviews and looks tgtbt. Usually means 1 of 2 options, a LE Sting or a high volume B&S provider that probably looks like a detransitioned post op tranny with plumbing to match. An agency may have the integrity to be upfront about the per session pop allowance but to date I have only seen 1 agency that does that. And it was mostly because it was an implied thing for MSOG before but several girls started upselling and members complained. Now each girl has a rate chart on her profile. But that is "advertised" on the agency's web page not on ad boards and although LE might take notice you gotta be a verified member in order to book an appointment and to receive services.

There was a time when providers cared about customer service to build good clientele and cut off the ones that caused problems to everyone. I never book 1hr unless I am 100% certain there is MSOG.

Biancas is all over the map when it comes to the service, consistency, and even matching the pics. I know that this agency and another had a very public feud over the past few months, and although I will not take sides in the matter, I will offer this observation. 1. Bianca's is a high volume provider just look at the number of girls on schedule at any given day. Anyone in their right mind can see that there are likely not enough mongers our there to create enough demand to meet the supply. 2. Going with my first point, if supply outpaces demand, then likely the girls aren't making enough money to break even, and if the girls aren't making the cut they're probably suffering financially. This will create a negative attitude. 3. Based on observations of the back and forth between the two agencies, it seems that biancas has been using threat of doxing the girls who move on or don't do the bidding of "the bosses". So it is possible that girls are not acting completely out of their own free will which would explain the oddities and discrepancies in the level of service from girl to girl. I personally have not gotten that vibe from the 2 or 3 providers I have seen from the agency but I wouldn't rule out the possibility. If I were to get even a slight feeling that a provider was not acting on their own free will, I would walk. After all, we have enough on our conscience as fillanderers without gaining pleasure from someone's (possibly indentured) servitude. My depravity can only suppress my decency to a point. I'm a horndog, not a monster. 4. Although the other agency involved in the feud has its own issues, I am pretty certain that every girl I've seen there is there completely on her own free will. Although I am certain that not all pics are 100% real and accurate or at least not free of photoshop voodoo, I do understand that some providers absolutely need anonymity because they do not want to be found out by family or employers of day jobs. Also, although the proprietor of the agency feuding with biancas is all about business and does have some strange rules and quirks, I do get the impression that she cares about her employees to the point that she wants to keep those on her roster content and safe in the profession.

One more observation about biancas, it is run pretty carelessly with regards to screenings and discretion. It pretty muchs seems like a take the money and run philosophy there and does seem to be motivated by greed. This attitude serves neither the providers nor the clients because greed causes people to make mistakes that they wouldn't normally make.

Lol we get a discussion like this about bianca's once every 2 months. I think the site consensus is if you want better service go to a strip club and find a dancer for independent service. Other than that there really isnt much competition. And for good reason. I unfortunately think there is going to be a time whether it be 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years when we opine about clicking on a website viewing girls pics, scheduling an appt, doing the deed, and walking back to your car without being escorted to the back of a police car. With respect to Aline, it sounds like the solution is simple book 30 minutes. Trust me, she wont care, if you do the math the girls make more if they see 2 guys in an hour than 1 guy in an hour, that is if they are busy. I
