You need to go through the screening process. You can get an Indy reference, send your LinkedIn profile, or a pic of you on your company website I believe.

Some of these indie providers make it difficult to get screened. I have no indie references and would never use them if I did because I think that's rude to the girl you ask. I do go to one agency but still would never ask them for a reference. I am noe seeing a girl who worked with Joy for nine months and left to come work at a spa in Philly. I doubt she would be a lot of help and besides she does not give out any personal contact intimation to her customers,

I never started using Linkedin and I am semi-retired and only work alone for selected clients. No website and no business cards, lol. No matter I have so many options of who to see I can't even see them all anyway. Many guys I know always tell me I am missing something by not seeing Joy and they are probably right.
