Actually They have too many girls and not enough rooms, that’s why guys are spending time in the closet waiting for their girl instead of a room. Last time I was there, my girl told me there was 13 other girls there besides her. They will just keep jamming guys in there regardless.

Usually when there are too many cars on the lot, you start to see sales.

I interpret it as "it's all inclusive" (like a bottomless brunch, you can drink as many mimosas or screwdrivers or whatever is on the menu, without additional charge.) Which might make the rate seem slightly less exorbitant. But I have no idea if that is the case as I have not inquired.
