He has no reason to be dishonest about it and neither does whatever girl who told him that. While I had a great time with Anna and left her a great review, which is also good for your spa, I’d say that you really need to be more respectful of our time. Please don’t double book girls and try to give us a different girl when we get there. I’m sorry, but one reason that I just don’t believe that it was Anna’s fault is that you sent another girl in without even asking me or telling me that Anna was busy. Normally, if there’s some problem, you’d explain it to the guy and not just send in another girl instead of the girl who was booked. As I mentioned above, the other reason I don’t believe that it was Anna’s fault or that she agreed to extend the earlier booking on my time is that I checked with her about a 10:00 appointment before I booked and I confirmed with her again right after I booked; so she already knew that she had a 10:00.
The girls have no reason to do that or to lie about it, because if the guy sees someone else instead, she still only gets the same pay for the hour with someone else. It’s only the spa that ever has a reason to double book because they get paid for 2 hours that way instead of 1 if the guy accepts the other girl. I’m a very easy customer and I never rush anybody who is a little late; but the one thing I expect is for the spa to respect my time and not to give a girl another booking for the time that I scheduled her. That’s not an unreasonable expectation and scheduling girls is the main job of the MMS at any spa. They did something like that to me at one of the spas that told you I was safe to book the first time I used them: they let me book a specific girl and then told me she wasn’t working after I showed up and tried to give me someone else, so I just left and told them if they ever did that to me again, I’d never come back. The next few times I used them, I told them by text that the girl I booked is the only girl I wanted to see and that I would leave again if she wasn’t there. They never did that to me again and things have been fine with them ever since.
WSD also did something like that to me last summer: I booked Eri for 1 hour and I specifically asked the MMS if It was too late for a full hour and she said that 1 hour was fine. They had me take off my shoes and wait in a room for 15 min before taking me to Eri’s room. As the door opened, MMS said to me “Only 30 min because it’s late” I told her that I asked first and that she should have told me when I asked. Some customers are rude and demanding, which I’m not, all; but I don’t like being lied to or having my time wasted just because the spa doesn’t want to lose the appointment, because that’s wasting my time. What if I had plans to be somewhere after my appointment?
