Sometimes we have to build a rapport with the providers before they open up... especially in the no FS shops.

While I understand why the providers do this, it tends to discourage mongers who would like to rely on having a full-filling experience on a first visit.

Completely agree...but some of them definitely require some continuity, unfortunately. However, some of them definitely don't. I believe Angela requires a rapport first.

Think I try working on the rapport with Angela. I liked the look. By the way, I didn't think about it till later, since she was behind the counter is she also the MMS there?

I believe they might switch it up. It's funny you say that...the other day I texted to see who's working (review pending approval still) and Angela was said to be off. When I showed up, I met Cindy the new lady. Once I was done, I came out of the room and saw Angela behind the desk...as if she was mms. She flirted with me in the front area as I put on my shoes and said to not forget about her. I was pretty confused since I had specifically asked if Angela was working through text and the person responding said she was off. Maybe they rotate mms duties? Angela is one of my favorites btw.
