But as married person with professional job I am not sending ANYONE proof of me doing (or soliciting) illegal acts - if this info gets into police hands my life is ruined.

And don't give me crap about "they have no reason or they don't keep it...".

If their choice is to go to prison or turn their customers to police I know very well what they will do.

May be for older retired person who doesn't have to worry about job/career charge of soliciting prostitution is not a big deal.
It is life-destroying for me.

Millions of people sign up for farcebook and give all kinds of personal info away, without batting an eye. But in a thousand years I would never click on their user agreements. Different choices for different people, no need to get worked up about it
