Your car will get towed and you really don't want to have to meet up with Lew Blum and his crew to try and get it back. It is not a pleasant experience.
There is also a lot at 12th and Callowhill, across from Underground Arts.

There is a brewery named Love Brewing and I see they probably have a parking lot. Anyone been there? If they allow ..nothing like that! Have a beer,visit and then continue!!!!
