Also, it's been quite some time since he's been gone...there's no need to rehash the past with posts like these. im here to follow the rules. if speaking ill on him is against the rules i respect management's decision. without management there is chaos.

That user isn't banned (or has already been reinstated). Also, no member will be banned for posting a review a few days old...they won't receive credit but nowhere close to a ban at all.

Got a question - Is it really a good idea to have these phone number out in the open? I kinda don't like that idea - Might be best to hide in the private details... Been a while - Finally came back. Just my 2 cents. If they did not say you need to put a phone number to get credit - I would just leave in the details instead...

For publicly available phone numbers, it's fine (as in, anyone can fire up their favorite search engine and be able to find it online)...but for UTR places or places that only give a number after screening or similar, then no. But we require at least one form of contact details...whether it's a phone number, email address, website, etc.
