For the most part I agree with this.
But, in situations where the agency stuck you with a problem girl, they have an obligation to make it right.
Arguing with the girl in a hotel room would be a foolish thing to do, but informing the agency immediately after the session and working out a resolution (like a break on the fee for next time or something) is very reasonable.

So say most girls at a shop or agency provide XYZ but Co Co only gives X and Y and she already provided that and didn't get you 'there' .
I would just let it be and move on. It is obvious that I bring this up because of some of the reviews I have read on here.

All good points, I have been disappointed rarely at an agency and then because of lack of enthusiasm or passion, not because they didn't provide a certain service. Hard to put a price on very subjective services. Of course some girls don't provide everything, you just have to consider the overall session. And for me the crazier the better.
I’ve asked for and received refunds after a session started. The reasons were legit, it wasn’t about was or was not offered, and there was no issue with the manager when I explained. There are other times when I left soon after the session started and didn’t ask, because it was more or less a no-fault situation.
I ask for refunds many times but only when at an mp I am given the option x-y-z In this case X=5 Y=10 Z=15 I pick option Z and i am asked for the 15 upfront which i always hate to do unless i know and seen that provider before. We start with a little bit of X and a little bit of Y but I cant get no wood due to little effort by the provider or they purposely wasting time. When that time is up and we never get to Z which is a 5 difference. I asked for it back some argued with me saying its not their fault and that they tried to help me but i always say what does it matter when we never got to that option or even close to it. Now if i finish and the job is done on option Y before we get to Z then i wouldn't ask for my 5 back which has happened.
Never asked for refund, and doubt I ever will. I’ve listened to and seen too many stories where guys complain about something small and insignificant to not only give a tip but to demand a return of their house fee.
Despite how bad some sessions have gone, I haven’t asked for a return of the house fee. The few bad, make that terrible experiences I’ve had were not because of the provider. All of them were the result of the boss interrupting the session and ruining it.
