Is in suburban Philly, she also has two stores up in Flushong... don't get to have three shops if you aren't doing something right I guess!
Mostly because they know there is literally no consequence. If they don't offer in the ad, maybe no one ever comes, so that's 0$. If they offer in the ad, of course say 20 dudes come, and say 10 leave because there really is no bb, that's still 10 customers in the plus. If I offer something in my company and then don't offer it, there may be FTC or other agencies interested in taking money from me or taking me to the jail, but there's no such thing for AMPs so they can advertise anything they like. Is a short term business for these gals especially the MMS, so really anything goes.
In my previous career there was a company we did a lot of research analyses and business reviews for, and one of their mottos was "stack it high watch it fly", implying all they needed to do was place a huge stack of an item in a place everyone was required to see it, and it would be gone. I feel like same for these gals, for the short timer MMS, their main job is to get HF's in the box. Everything else is unnecessary, including repeat customers. Longer term shops, especially ones owned by former MMS or providers, or their new American husbands, they do the exact opposite, cater heavily to creating repeat customers and increasing average ticket, rather than increasing numbers of tickets. The difference between say Walmart and Jean's Lingerie. One lives and dies on volume and tiny margins (so 10$ plastic underpanties sets in 4 colors), the other relies on providing amazing service (so 500$ lingerie sets, custom order colors, everything is ordered and personally fit by a person), with smaller volumes and larger margins.
