Pros and con to being a regular for a provider

I know what you mean. I have one woman that I'm a regular with. Been seeing her for years. She lets me do anal at no extra cost, gives me two pops for cheap, and occasionally does a quick BBJ. I'm pretty sure she doesn't do that with other people. Problem is, she's not the best looker, her setup sucks, no GFE, and I'm out of there in 40mins. I'm in the market for a new regular. Michele would've been a decent choice but she's MIA and was moving around too much when she was working.

The benefit of a regular is a) u know what you're getting, b) often prices are locked in for u or u get some free extras, and c) you build a rapport with her that makes for a more genuine and happy experience. I assume most providers prefer regulars too, since there's some chemistry and they trust you. It's a win win.
I do have to say that I have had some regulars where performance went down after multiple visits because they just airmailed it in. I bet there's some economic theory that @cher_cheri can cite for this phenomenon. They thought they could do less since I've already been established as a regular. One time I left a smaller tip and she's like, "Why?". I told her, "We both know why.". Never went back.
There can be quite a few pros.
For one, the menu can open up. Things they wouldn't do normally on the first meeting, they'd be more ok with. COF is still the most elusive thing for me, and aside from the few known suspects, I can only pull this off with a few with whom I have built that rapport with.
Another is out-of-agency meetings which can even mean more convenient scheduling. Prices won't be any better, but it's better for them if they're keeping it all opposed to paying someone else.
Then there is just good ol' comfort. I love the hunt for something new, but that can lead to some disappointments. Sometimes, you know what you want and you know who will give it to you. Nothing wrong with that. I'll usually double back as a regular after a miss. Just to level myself out.
Last is "dating" them. Different from the second point above. This is rare. At the end of the day, they want to be paid. But there have been a few girls I've casually hooked up with outside of the work environment after food and drinks.
