Why am I paying less at the places reviewed here? I don’t understand, same places, providers and services. I’m not giving even close to what some of these reviewers are paying..... What gives??

Because from your reviews you are listing chinatown places with what I assume are older chinese women.
If you go to upscale Agencies or AMPs you will not be able to "bargain".
You will give the required gift or you will be shown the door.
I suggest you try out a better spot.
Treat yourself to a young, pretty girl.
Life is too short to count pennies.

My CT reviews are are easy, lazy reviews and I only do CT reviews because everyone pays the same there. I work in midtown and do frequent spas there. Make no mistake I love slumming it, but not all the time. I’m reluctant to post a review for a high end spa specifically because of the disparity in prices. I appreciate & respect your assessment, but you need all the data. In other words before you make a judgment and call a fellow monger out - know the shot.....

Most of us that pay a little more do get additional service, we just don't brag about it.

So you are saying that it is higher end spots are discounting you?
So without naming any particular high end midtown spot, and say the gift is advertised at 3.2 roses, how many roses are you giving?
And are they simply asking for less, or are you bargaining them down?
BTW, you can still write a review and just not include the gift, if that part makes you uncomfortable.

Say how much less you pay at least and say if you pay less for add ons or off the base price.
