There was a Korean place in West Milford next to an Italian Restaurant ....one of the ladies there told me one of the local LE would get his Short Arm Inspected , and the guy commented that the Massage Lady had given him one of the sweetest puff jobs this side of heaven. Even his old lady at home couldn't top that LOL

Very true. Happens lots of places. Many cops see this as no-victim work and really wish it would be legalized, and their time spent going after real bad guys.

Even if this shit was legalized.. we would still have the do-gooder's, just like the pro-lifers, sounding the alarm. Taking photos of patrons and risking humiliation with our families and friends.

You are correct, there will always be some. Just as there are with people who want prohibition back, or the cannabis issues.

But legalization would be a huge improvement all around, especially for the women. It would not fix all, but a hell of a lot better than where we are today.

Sometimes legit massage places (who google "massage" and find themselves on page ten) complain about these places. Pissed off wives and do-gooders call. Or if someone calls and makes a point to follow up, it may spur an investigation. Make no mistake, LE knows every place and everything that goes on inside. Many are customers. Any spa could be busted on any day. It is simply not a high priority, until someone makes it so. "Trafficking" is the current hot button phrase to justify the time, expense and manpower. Busting a middle-aged Asian woman for giving a guy a handy, doesn't get the public backing that it used to.

It isn't until there is a complaint that they have to act. And, sometimes LE will just make a visit and call it a day.

They run the risk of harrassment as well, if caught. However, we most likely won't see them taking our photos, until after they are posted.

Hell, I went to Home Depot in TR this afternoon, and decided to drive through the Euro Spa parking lot, just to see if there were any lurking photogs, and the only thing I saw was a freaking Hasidic dude, getting buzzed I to the spa haha. I wanted to take a photo of that because, well... The irony was top notch. But I didn't, because of karma and what not.

If pictures are taken in a public location, it is legal. No reasonable expection of privacy is the legal term..
