It's says stop prosecuting. It does not say stop arresting. The arrest is what mongers need to worry about if you are employed in a good paying job.
Getting prosecuted has never been
a worry as the damage is done to your life at the point of arrest.
What incentive would the police have to arrest someone if they know that the district attorney will not prosecute?

They bust people now knowing full well most don't get prosecuted. But cops know that the real punishment is the social stigma associated with arrest not the prosecution. That is not changing. So if they want to be dicks and punish you by arrest they can and will . Don't trust them.

OK this is for free then I’m done with this conversation -

1 (b) provides for the destruction of arrest records in certain circumstances. If the prosecuting authority declined to file any charges and a grand jury did not indict, you can have these records destroyed. Additionally, if the charges were dismissed prior to a determination of probable cause, you can also have the records destroyed. This means that the law enforcement agency will no longer have your records on file. This is different than an expungement because when records are expunged, they are sealed from public view but not actually destroyed.

In summation remember what Jimmy Burke told Henry Hill

“Never rat on your friends and always keep your mouth shut “

My advice

If you get pinched don’t say a word, take the collar like a man and call your attorney . Don’t get nervous - don’t say a word

They really mean it when they recite : anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

Okay play nice fellas

That would be a wise decision - keep in mind - you must always be aware of your surroundings

If the mail man is in the lobby too long, two people come up in back of you right as you are buzzed in - whip out your phone , start talking and do not proceed . You are not obligated to go further . Call the place you came to visit and explain that it’s too hot ... first rule of the jungle -

Just because they have your general information, name, phone number etc is not enough evidence that a criminal act was committed. Even the act of getting a massage is not illegal however if the person doing the massage does not have a license, that person can be held responsible.

Now if the establishment documented who you saw, what kinky actions you like to perform etc.the Government may used this information to have you give testimony against the business. However unless the sex workers are going to testify against you, your defense could be they made it all up and say nothing...unless you were stupid not to pay cash.

The Government can not publish your photo in a newspaper unless you are convicted. If they did, you would be a rich man suing the Government, the newspapers, etc. Your ex wife would be just as pleased with half of the settlement.

This is why we have a Grand Jury system in the US for the Government to prove that they have reasonable evidence to allow them to bring an indictment. REMEMBER in the US you are innocent until proven quilty.
Hmmm, a bunch of people from long island, delaware and other states have had their mugshots published before a trial had even occurred. If by some slim sad chance one is arrested you better believe that news is getting around your hometown.
