I suppose it's anyone reading this thread. It's definitely open, she texted me yesterday to show me photos of the new girls and asking me to go visit. Also someone posted a supposed review in the reviews forum, post-bust. I still find it hard to believe that they'd simply let things go back to the way they were after arresting one or two girls. What's the point?

The review of WeiWei is from 4/20/24 but was posted post bust. Several people got the come visit new girls working today & received pictures.I thought I would go take a look & post what I saw. I have no idea what exactly happened but I would guess nobody was charged because there's no report online.

If you read the police report it mentioned 2 interesting things. They released the age of one female arrested - 38. So Kiki was the manager and the oldest. Most girls were late 20s, early 30s. She is not the one texting you if she was arrested. They would have confiscated her phone and not everyone who went is receiving texts. Maybe very active past clients are the ones being targeted. The second interesting thing mentioned is they stated this is an ongoing investigation. MKen mentioned he personally saw the place being cleaned out. He practically lived there, so do you really need a massage from anywhere near Spring City to get your age posted in an arrest report. A 48 year old male, wearing a baseball hat, sunglasses and a pickle in his pocket was arrested for solicitation and stupidity.

Even if several toftt and said all clear I wouldnt go near it.
Youd have to be a special kind if naive to think this place is really running again and lets even say that by some miracle loophole scenario they authorities had to back off, they arent going far. They'll close the loophole and bust it again. No DA is gonna be made a fool of blatantly like that and let it go.
It was not specific to one girl. It just wasnt.
Id even block the number for a spell guys. Open or bait shop, your number is being noted now. You show up and theres RAS and probable cause that you are engaging in solicitation. Even if you never go in. You may beat the case but you wont beat the ride.
My advice is block, find a shop in another county and for gods sake be smarter about how the saturation of overly gratuitous reviews impact things. They DO. Say what you want. Its a fact.

To clarify, I saw vehicles parked in front of both stores, but at SR there were no human beings anywhere to be seen, at the other store I talked with the girls and dudes doing the moving, that place is 100% no more; I got an awesome souvenir though. SR I don't know, but I haven't gotten any reply to any texts on any of the other numbers, so no going to do anything. Up here in New Yock for the week end, I feel like no rush to get over there. Could be fine or no, but the downside is huge. All the puzzle pieces say Chesco is no your friend, at least for a little while.

Traditionally the person texting you is an older woman (in her 50s at least) called Coco; I met her a few times. I do believe it's really still she who is texting. I also believe it's likely that she's being coerced into trying to get the very active past clients to come back in.

Often the police and DA's try to get someone that's been charged with a crime to try to help them get some one else arrested. In this case the DA's may want to make an example of some customers seeking sexual activities arrested. This would go further to keep spas in the future from opening in town.

You cannot get arrested for going to a spa and getting a massage or talking. It would be worth the money to go in and say hello to the next generation of hot young police officers. You can ever tip them based on the quality of the massage they give you

Personally, I would go in asking for everything. If they want to arrest you, you say you wanted a manicure, pedicure and facial with the massage!!!!

I hear what youre saying. But unfortunately you can be arrested. You may not be convicted. (Its very possible though) But arrested for patronizing a prostitute??? Yes they absolutely can.
But you are welcome to give it a try. Let us know. I honestly hope it works for you. Personally I dont think its a safe gamble. Speaking with 33 years of legal exp. Not hear to convince anyone. Just stating. You do you.

I agree with you that I cannot trust our local. state or federal officials to do the correct thing most of the time so I will take you up on your warning!

I think you are correct and you would ultimately win a legal battle, but what about the damage it does? Are you married and if so does your wife believe your story? If she forgives you, does she hold it over your head for the rest of your marriage? Do you have a job in an at-will state like Pennsylvania? Probably not for long if they find out. How about the money you spent on lawyers?

Some of those chicks at spring rose were hot, but I promise you it's not worth it.

If its a known prostitute or advertising prostitution (which it does) then you are patronizing a prostitute and it is what it is. Id stay clear personally.

Im just telling you how it works. Thats all. Youd still be innocent til proven guilty… but if the question is CAN they arrest you in the taunting scenario's you described then the answer is absolutely yes. RAS and Probable Cause are there.
WILL they? Who knows. Do they HAVE to? No.
I wouldn't taunt them though. The ride is enough to F up most peoples life pretty good even if charges dropped later or found not guilty.
To me its not worth it. Ymmv
