Well for some its dirty laundry and for some its a note to other agencies either not to recruit them or to be careful, in London there are lots of agencies and most agencies
work with each other to notify each other if there is a issue with any girl, i think its a good idea, even if another agency will take a girl that was fired at least the agency can have a check mark to keep a eye if the dirty laundry is real dirty or so so , some agencies have it on their websites , the list of girls not recommended example

Reading it it seems she was money oriented, who isn't though. Maybe she did some things to see customers on the side and not record the time. All this is speculation. I'm sure this happens all the time at places that are not watched.

I Will assume if a girl comes to a agency, there is some sort of contract between them , that they both need to abide by. as much as I love
going to lears, one girl at lears told me that she had a client coming to dony and told her to come work for lears, she didn't want
to confirm if that client was in fact send by lears or not, she did told she understand why girls are leaving Dony , But she does feel a bit guilty
for DOny as he is the one that does all the work for other agency's, he recruited her from AS and paid the money for her plane and stay in NY when she arrived the first time.

I don’t mind doing the work for the other agencies. Once they’re gone from here, the other agencies can have them. I only keep the good ones. I’ve never deviated from this approach. There is no value in a girl I’ve fired. I often have sent them to Lear in the past as a favor to the owner. He’s a good guy. He doesn’t do anything like what’s described above. It’s little rinky dink, type places that try to get the girls to go to their places. Like the one that did that with Jasmine her first week. She’s a bit impressionable and believed all the crazy stories they made up to scare her into leaving. (I’m a serial killer, etc etc) Then she realized they scammed her and came back.
The girl was good. But something happened to her this year. Not the same person as before. No longer compatible with our professional work environment.
I listed why she was fired for 2 reasons: 1) to take pressure off the phone girl. 2) to warn others about dishonesty so they don’t fall victim to it.
She stole not only a large amount of agency money, but even our phone girl’s tip, left for Annie specifically by one of our great clients. That was soooo evil there was no coming back from that.
There. Rumors and gossip corrected.

Yes. If you’d like to tip the phone girl, let her know you are tipping her. There is no way to do it secretly and then leave it with a girl you are seeing. She would VERY much appreciate it.

Listen, girls get let go all the time. She will pop up somewhere. My only thing with this agency is that they always call out a girl when she is fired. Like just take her off your website.
