Listen, girls get let go all the time. She will pop up somewhere. My only thing with this agency is that they always call out a girl when she is fired. Like just take her off your website. Don’t air out your dirty laundry. You don’t think this happens in Lear’s or other agencies? Do you see them doing this? DONY has done this on several occasions. The owner is a bitch IMO. Only a bitch would act like this. What’s next, a client cancels in the last minute, he is going to go to the boards and out him out?

Yeah but it is my money and I can take my business to them or not. I was thinking trying them out, but probably will not anymore.

It does not match the reviews though, and as for stealing, it probably is the owner she was "stealing" from by doing out calls or something. Tbh it is on the manager.

Honestly many of these places have very poor business model and are simply in business because of high demand and low supply.

Well from what I see mostly in the last 5 years, is this owner is bringing good business for other agencies, this owner always gets new girls that have never been with other agencies. Those girls somehow once they taste working with other agencies, they never come back, not sure the reason, but the girls do tell me its much easier to work with other agencies. But I do understand the frustration of this owner, as he is always the first one that brings in this girls from other states. I guess other agencies need to pay him or atleast send him a thank you card

Well he might be good at recruiting, but probably sucks at keeping the girls. Again he needs to fix his business model, rather than being frustrated about this.

I’ve actually reviewed Adriana 3/4 times elsewhere. Gonna try and book with Sophia and/or Hannah this week. I’m moving to Arizona for about 4-5 months in 10 days. Still trying to figure out who I should book as my last session

Also possible that the types of girls recruited are simply those unlikely to stick around very long. If you want college-type girls, you're probably going to get a bunch of girls actually in college. using it a means to an end.

Well I think his business model is ok, its his personality with the girls that is a issue, also his communication with the clients during business hours is good , I like his communication and also the girls.
