It's the stuff out in the open that's a problem. Remember all of this was happening 24/7. They didn't even think to have people wait inside until the evening when families are home. They got stupid.
Notice no one complains about hondreds of 1k/hour white prostitutes that keep our Manhattan hotels running when the tourist season ends. How many of those hotels and apartments are on the same block or accross from some place of education or family oriented service?

I get it when I see clips of an obvious immigrant client going in. They probably don't follow the things we would and might not even know that street is getting coverage on WPIX or FOX on top of English language social media.
