you are nuts to give them your photo holding driver license, paystub, and work email. Go with option A, be nice and just say you getting back in the hobby or only done spas and dont have recent reference. If they refuse, fuck them. No pussy is worth this much risk

that dude Marc when I tried to screen was cordial in responding but I got the feeling he did not want to deal with me. The requirements were beyond ridiculous. Is it really any better than any local amp with no screening? Even the agencies (NY/NJ/PA) I screened at were not that bad compared to what he wanted. I got same day approval and even those are not always better than a local amp.

Agree 100%, Option A is reasonable and the same kind of thing any other provider or agency would ask for. I would be very comfortable providing this. Option B is more geared toward a newbie with no references who is willing to take a chance. Personally there's no way in hell id give that info to anyone for any reason especially someone who sucks dicks for a living
