I know for sure many providers don't think it's safe, not because of LE but it's not time for the close contact yet. Masks are not 99% safe from spreading germs, they help a lot but it's still risky especially more so for FS providers.

What you should be worried about is nosy people not LE. LE isn't going around check but nosy neighbors and reporting all the shit they see. I personally had a encounter with a lady who saw me go to a Spa. Don't go to SPAs, stick to private apartments only.

I can say problem with LE be nonsexist. However, if you think hair salon is high risk to contract the virus, this game is 10 times higher. Bedsides the circumstances, you are talking of providers seeing multiple of clients everyday. If you are living by yourself and being young, no big deal. But if you have kids, wife, and your seniors, the stake is too high, not worth it.

covid is more of a concern than LE. If so unlikely you run into a bust, make sure you have your ID.. They will just take down your info and let you go. Only that you may have to stay there until whole thing is cleared.
