1. A girl will make at least $100 tips per session.
2. There are slow days and busy days, between 2-16 sessions per day. But usually 8-10 sessions per day. There's no downtime sometimes, very common for them to bang guys back-to-back. Each guy they bang, they make the sexy sounds as if it's the first time for the day. These numbers are per girl

As a former athlete who still works out, I often get complimented on my body, but just assumed that they say it to anyone that's in shape because it's low-hanging fruit to gain some rapport or appeal to my vanity for tips. Or that they don't really care or faking it, but it's nice to know it's not always the case. Appreciate you offering your insights.
Welcome to the club If you are fit and a gentlemen, most of the girls will be more relaxed and easygoing with you, at least. I had some interesting bifurcations with some. Nothing crazy or out of this world, but it was fun to get to know each other more, if this is your thing. I don't recommend this though. Keep it pure business.

The few I met out of the spa all worked 3 weeks in a row, then 1 week “vacation”, which is usually their period week.
As for the money they make for each session, keep in mind they have to pay rent, the cleaning and cooking lady, the mamasan (ever wondered how does the mms make money?), the owner’s cut, utilities and other minor expenses like cameras maintenance, photography, the website, in some cases advertising.
In the end do they make 50% net margins on revenue, aka our bills? Hard to say, it’s a lot of expenses. I want to hope they make at least $100 for each session.
Also this is not a stable job. Except for the popular girls who can find work anytime, there are fights with the manager or coworkers, business issues with the rental contract, inspection issues, LE busts, legit vacations of course mean no money, etc.
