Stevepwn, If you go into VPN and private mode on your browser, you can google search all this shit and it will actually come up with some pretty good answers.
I personally stated this hobby before finding this site so I had no clue what I was doing. I was polite and kind to the providers and they lead me thru the process from beginning to end.
Read reviews, read discussions and send PM's to members in your area that are giving you a decent vibe based on reviews and discussions.

You will find that most of the women don't speak English, so you have to speak to them with an Asian accent, which makes it easier for them to understand you. It's pretty easy to do, just replace your "L's and Y's" with "R's" and "the'" with "a da's" and you should be fine. For example... in American you might say "You Look Pretty" but for them to understand you, you might want to say "Rou rook pretty" or "I like the Jets" would be "I like a da Jrets"
