Nowadays every freaking car weather is gas or electric has an oversized iPad in the middle of the dashboard lol

Airplane mode!
Basically shuts the phone down.
No calls, text, location, nothing.
SO questions it, you just say “what”?

That used to be the case, but find my iPhone can still be used to locate your phone In airplane mode.

I used to run my battery down to zero so iPhone would be truly shut down and not sharing location. But more recently Apple has added a feature that keeps find my iPhone running for a couple hours after battery is drained. Now you can shut phone off and chose temporarily stop sharing location but still seems better if you batteries low (also find my iPhone shows your battery level)

I just leave my phone at home when I’m mongering. If SO is home then I leave at the gym. Always planned ahead lol

Best is to stop this hobby. I am in outside sales, i leave my phone at hotel or make sure to go in between meetings but turn off the location services. Never monger after 5pm. If questioned why i didnt answer my phone, i say i was in a meeting or on the phone. So tried to have me install life365 which wprks on both ios and android. Almost gave in but kep saying that it doenst install or something else to avoid the subject. Sooner or later the chances of getting caught will get greater.
