EPM v. AZN

I have a serious question related to the original post, it’s addressing the parking.
I try to reduce anxiety to a minimum when having an appointment, and unknowns about parking can add to my stress of what was already an hour drive into the city. I think any of us could admit the outlying stresses can impact how well I’m able to perform during the session. I have a routine for EPM parking so all good there but… I haven’t visited AZN and great reviews are getting my attention.
From what I saw on Google, the neighborhood appears sketchier than Chinatown, and what do you do if you can’t secure one of what I hear are only two parking spots?
After I visit once I’m sure I’ll be good, just asking from someone who hasn’t yet.

Ye gods - here we go again with whining about parking. There are no unknowns when one pays for a lot or garage.

TLDR: park at the effing SEPTA regional rail lactation of your choice for $1 and take the train. Then leather express it to the spa from Jeff Station.

Long version: If you can’t/won’t walk from Jeff station to the spa, or are too much of a skinflint to buck up to park in a lot or garage, you have no business coming downtown in the first place.

Thanks for being so helpful everyone, with such non-condescending replies.

Looking forward to the next time I can help you three out, with info I might be bringing to these forums.

I don’t think it’s as sketchy a neighborhood as it might seem on Google but with so much gun violence in the city now, nowhere is considered safe anymore. If you’re anxious about finding parking I would probably consider:

1. Avoid going at night and call to find when it’s normally slow so you have a better chance of finding a spot. Hopefully, you can arrange your schedule to accommodate their slow time.
2. It’s an hour drive, so this might not be a good suggestion, but since you said you’d be good after the first visit, maybe just plan a recon visit. Go in the city for a meal, or to grab a few drinks watching a game but make sure you drive around AZN and see what you think. Without the stress of knowing you’ll have to perform you might find it more pleasant. And if you strike gold and there is a parking spot, you could scrap your original plans and pay a visit as a walk-in customer if you’re up to it.

Thanks my friend, as a matter of fact I’m on my way by there on Saturday for the Roger Waters concert at WF and coming way early, recon ‘drive by’ now part of my plan.
Like I’m thinking, I easy park for EPM and walk 2 blocks, so daytime over on that side should be equal.
Hope to upload an AZN review this month sometime.

Neighborhood is fine. Your not in Camden or Compton. I would be more worried about AC. I live in the burbs in a nice well mannered town out of a home living magazine. I don't assume that every place that doesn't look like my hometown is sketchy because it doesn't look pretty. Stick to your flesh light.
