Decline in Marriage Rates

Saw this article posted on Drudge and it made me chuckle. Of course, the women blame the lack of eligible men for the decline in marriage rates. No mention of anything they might be doing (or not doing) that might contribute to the situation. And certainly no mention of AMPs.

My own opinion is that, in the last 30+ years, many American born women have been doing everything they can to alienate men. Unfortunately, I don't see that turning around anytime soon.

LOL that article explains the decline exactly. Just not the way they think. The decline as you say is due to American-born women now having a historic sense of entitlement, laziness and vapidness never before seen in American (or world) history. And quite frankly, men have reacted accordingly and ditched their bad-attitude-sporting "empowered" asses for nice loyal more-attractive more-amenable foreign women, or equally acceptable, peaceful solitude and pay-for-play.

I think it has been happening since the early 70's feminism movement and is now destructive / malignant feminism, choose the adjective. And What I see, the current generation is inadvertantly malicious, their mentors have lied to them. Example, the income equality they claim happens. Gender is one of 20 reasons, but the only reason in their minds. Glass ceiling, I don't buy it as a deliberate effort to exclude. They want to feminize men, destroy masculinity.

How about this gender neutral child rearing. Ao he kid will raise themselves and decide what they are, parents kick back and accept that? Dress them in neutral colors, call their child 'they' rather than him or her. They renounce he biology of gender. Total parental malpractice. Gender neutral bull they float, lol....i decided i am gender situational, a new class of genderism. Genderational.

I think the only way it turns around is if Society collapses, which is not out of the realm of possibility. But I doubt I'll see it turn around in my lifetime. Ironically, it is the prosperity, abundance and technology (almost entirely created by men) that enables many women to entertain these absurd notions (like trans women are women).

If all men were to disappear tomorrow, these women would celebrate. For about a week. Then shit would start breaking and they'd start looking around for a man to fix it.

I have had many blessings in my life. One of the biggest ones is that my wife is not a feminist.

My ex, after several years of marriage, told me one day that she didn't want to shave her legs until the spring time (this being early November). After haggling with her that she shave her legs only on Fridays for our date nights and weekends away, she then told me that since she had to wear make-up for her job, she no longer wanted to wear make-up on the weekends. We compromised and she then put on lipstick only for our date nights. About a year later she told me that she felt her skin was getting dry from too many showers from Monday to Friday and that she would no longer be showering on the weekends. She also began cutting her hair shorter and shorter as many women do as they get older. Her final "hairstyle" was a little more than a buzzcut that I had when I served in the Marines, so many moons ago. I loved this woman and shared many laughs with her. But her unwillingness to compromise and to consider what I needed to continue to be physically attracted to her did not matter to her one bit.

The irony of this is after we divorced I began visiting amps, and I recently saw her walking around the Upper East Side with an older Asian gentleman!

When I compare my life to some poor guy stuck with a 45 y/o bag with stretch marks and cellulite I know I have it better.
But still, there is loneliness. I do long to have a hot young girl with me for cooking, cleaning and free sex. But yeah, I still have it better
than a lot of married and divorced guys my age.

If sex work were fully legalized you would probably see an increase in the marriage rate, strange as it may seem.

Commercial sex directly competes with traditional mating. Sex is going to cost a man money either way, either he pays for the time or he pays to help support the woman/family. You could argue that commercial costs less over a lifetime and has less headaches.

If men have the option less will want to pursue courtship and these choosey women find their options growing ever fewer, they'll either have to lower their unreasonable standards and make themselves more endearing than the commercial option. The alternative would be living life alone or going gay.

Yes, you said that and other similar statements about objectifying, repressing and subjugating women / denying them equal rights. Japan went through this about two decades ago. South Korea a decade behind them. And if we look at Japan now, the result is a negative population growth, where you have more people dying than being born each year. The one difference that prevents a negative population growth in the USA, is a more liberal immigration policy to replenish the population.

I would say that policy you mention is a very bad thing for the US. Negative population growth can be a good thing if the reduction is among those who rely on "entitlements" and sicial programs. Our current immigration policy greatly increases that demographic. Especially via the chain migration policies introduced with the 1965 immigration act.

That depends on if the remaining population is enough to satisfy all the necessary jobs. Eventually you'll reach a point where the lower end jobs will go unemployed because the native population have better jobs. Same thing happened in Japan. They had to loosen immigration policies to allow foreign workers to fill unpopular jobs.
