I think the tax payer base income in the area is too low to justify all the OT. Isn't this the 7th or 8th time this year they have launched an all hands on deck cleanup?
I think this will remain an area for illicit activities (not just sex related) for the foreseeable future unless it becomes gentrified with high income residents.
