Nope. If you're in public, you're free game. The only suit you'd have is libel and that's only if they mention you by name and slander you. But a photo of any of us coming or going from any of these places can, and probably will, be published. Between the local tabloids and jackasses on TikTok, I'd suggest pulling a baseball cap way down on our heads or even wearing a mask when we're outside the places.
I'll never forget years ago in lower Manhattan way back before they fixed up the West Side Highway. I go up to this gorgeous chick who was clearly working, she asks me if I want to 'go out' and I saw 'hell yeah' and with the most feminine, soft voice says 'just to let you know, I've got a huge surprise between my legs for you when we get there'. I tried hard to not Usain Bolt out of there immediately but I politely declined and kept on walking. Shout out to that fine gentleman for that. haha
Works for newspapers, but not for TikTokers or Youtubers. For them, you want them to show your face. Because, if they ever release those images or videos, and you can clearly identify yourself in them, you can sure them for publishing your image without your written authorization, in the form of a signed model release.
I think I saw flushing getting hit yesterday possibly as well? I saw barely anyone out on the Roosie strip so headed to flushing, get there, few LE cars around 40th, seems cops took someone into their car. Dunno who though, most of the girls in hiding came out like 10 mins later so idk if it was a sting or not on that end. Girls I wanted weren't there so I headed home instead.

I've actually switched to much more discreet, higher quality places like ABS and Nancy's and I don't regret that decision. What I lose in variety, I more than gain in security and peace of mind.
End of the day, neighbors and local businesses don't really care what business you're in just as long as you're very discreet and quiet about it. It's only when it diminishes the quality and perception of the area is when they start to care because now you're affecting their home values and their business. That was the problem with Roosie. 103rd street with practically an Asian female baseball team standing at the same storefront, at its height. I literally counted 8 of them wearing tennis skirts and low cut tops one afternoon. You're begging to busted.

Across de street case st. Only 2 girls overweight.
83St corner. 7 asians slim fit. Nice...but a lot of eyes. Huge police truck just 100 feet. Would not risk it.

Passed by Roosevelt 82-83 in afternoon yesterday. Asians by 83 st corner well in sight 5-6 ladies. Passed by later nighttime Roosevelt 88-90 streets. Usual older Asian ladies on south side while a group of 6-8 Latinas stood on NW corner of 89st. A few looked young and pretty unlike the beasts that hanged out recently by 90 and Case. There was also a couple of Latinas further up by middle of block between Roosevelt and 37ave.
