So the question is……
Do providers within the same spa try to compete with other providers to latch onto you?
I’ll expand on this question a bit.
I’ve been seeing a provider at a spa and the connection has been great.
I know they discuss amongst themselves and likely compare notes. But recently I’ve had other girls in the same spa pop their heads in during a shower or even after my time has all but expired and say hello.
All this seems to occur knowing that the provider I’m seeing at the time is leaving and they may be trying to get my attention.
While the provider I’m seeing as a regular at the spa seems to get aggravated by the others actions.
Seems kinda awkward as I know she’ll be returning in a few months.

I think they work together to see your reaction to see how loyal you actually are to your girl. Just out of the shower and back to the room another girl peeks in and I drop my towel for her to get a look. My girl walks over to see, like I said they just try to see how loyal you are .

I’ve sat in a few private quarters with providers as they relax and watch the monitors, from the time someone first pulls into the parking lot or walks by their front door or walks towards front door and inside, they already know who the customer is there for, it’s funny to watch and hear what they say to each other even poking fun at each other. If a guy walks in and his favorite is busy they usually call out the provider who’s already in session. Ever wonder why your girl has to make you wait, sometimes even putting some clothing on to go address someone who just walked in? Why they don’t just ask the new customer to wait or say she’s busy and place him in a room is beyond me, but I guess they know he might not stay or believe them if they try, so they bother the girl mid session to show herself in an attempt to have him wait in a room. Then the guy in session gets shorted on time or rushed through. I understand the girls are the commodity, at times it’s necessary for her to exit to have the next guy wait, but then the guy can be a huge issue for both you and the provider. She tries to explain she’s busy and please wait which for me is enough and I’ll wait, but noooo, some guys start having a full fledged conversation with your girl and cut into your time, pisses me off quite frankly, he’s so horny or to stupid to take into consideration that another customer, current customer is waiting for her to finish his session. I believe a favorite would rather pass you over to another provider, she may even suggest which other so as to have you spend your money at their shop, owners encourage it too, this may happen if she knows you’ll have to wait a full hour or already has another appointment coming and won’t be able to accommodate you. A popular girl can actually cause problems in the eyes of an owner, most guys are coming in and mostly requesting her which at first seems like a win win situation, but the other girls start pouting and complaining that they aren’t getting customers even talking about working else where. Some owners are low life’s, they don’t care about the girls like we would hope they would, they care about their cut of the action first and foremost. One thing I have learned from these lovelies is, they are experts at lying and great actresses, they fulfill our fantasies at a cost.

Yes, I’ve witnessed much of the same. one spa in particular I’ve been to a lot recently to see a particular provider has unfortunately gone downhill as I haven’t heard a door buzzer ring during any of my recent visits.
So I’m certain some of the other girls start to feel slighted and hope you’ll come back to see them after the girl I see leaves.
They all know if you’re a good client or not !

My current girl has already expressed what will happen when the other girl returns. She is worried that I will stop seeing her, but her service is so good I will have to divide my time.

My experience has been they get very, very possessive. If they think you are their ATF, many will disown you for seeing another girl at their spa. Or tell you they are not coming back and then: Surprise! Even if they are away for an extended period, in another part of the country. And there are often cross-spa networks. Especially if the multiple spas have the same owner. Every now and then you run into girls who have been in the biz so long, they know your history going back years; these function as the AMP's "corporate memory". And they often love to blab your history to new girls you take a liking to.

The ironic thing is that these girls can do whoever they want, but they often expect YOU to be faithful to THEM.

At the end of the day I prefer seeing regulars as the encounters get better with each visit.
As long as they make themselves available I’ll savor the time and often sacrifice some of the more interesting talents often reviewed. Although an occasional visit with some of the newer girls at some popular places becomes a needed change of pace.

I see this all the time, but it takes on different lives from girl to girl or spa to spa.

At one I go to at least once sometimes twice a week every week since they opened, was her first customer when it was just her and a covid mask and a creaky old table I tightened up for her, then loosened at this one, all three girls know I enjoy them all, and don't play favorites. The girl who runs the place who I was with first, initially was possessive, but of course her "manager" role took her mind, and she realized that I will come there without appointment, and because I like all the girls, will enjoy taking the draw. So now whichever girls are not working, usually I arrive at very end of night so they mostly are all available, they come up and hug and kiss and all the other, it used to be they made me pick, like a lineup, but now they have some kind of rank system there so I know this rank and know when I see who greets me which of them will take me. Is funny that way. But for sure, when one discovers some new way to make me cum all over the table or her face or body, the others go right for this when I see them next, so yes they totally share notes.

At another shop, the "main girl" or manager I guess, she actively steals customers from the other girls. Again, I enjoy most all girls, there is something unique for me to enjoy random strangers, regardless if they are 10 or 9 or 6. But of course the main girl will always steal me, she knows I tip well and am clean and polite and that I like to DATYO.

Then, at a shop that has new ownership, the owner I got on random draw in first visit, and then yadayadayada one of the other girls I really took to during some partying that evening, and now I visit her. But the third girl, who will be the manager when owner leaves, she comes in during every session, kisses my head or my butt or whatever the second girl isn't handling, and says some dirty stuff in my ear, and then walks out. When second girl and owner leave soon and new girls come, who knows how this manager one handles. Again, the girls figure out what you like and what they like, and then they sort you out. Am sure they have some kind of mental ranking of their customers to make sure they treat their best customers the best, and if that means they will ensure you are placed with their best girl, or themselves, then they do this.

The competition, for me I hate this. There is one spa in my area that they have several girls, but I never even once got to sample any of them but one. After like ten visits. Is actually why I stopped going there a year ago. This girl is the legend there, but each time I go, she somehow knows I'm there, and comes to bump the other girl out of the room, even if she has a customer herself! I like to see legends of course, but like I said, I enjoy the randomness and to sample strangers. Ten visits and the most I ever saw from any other girl there was the first touch of the TM. So yea they do get possessive I guess, or maybe they like specific dudes for whatever reason.

Shitty spas, no one comes back there anyways so who cares what they do.

My reply is It Depends - their all different. I have found Osaka May to be pretty inclusive. Upon leaving her company she will recommend my return to see another provider at her place. Yet, I have heard 2 others talk smack about May, sometimes accusing her of taking all of the business. At New Star I was in the shower with Wayne's favorite when Tina barged in and used an imaginary tape measure on my Johnson then walking out. Later in the same session i was in deep muff dive when Tina returned, sat down and watched for a bit. I turned and made eye contact before getting back to the task at hand. Yoko just laughed and said Tina is crazy. If the house is making money everyone is happy. If only one is making big then the others get jealous

Not sure which favorite you're talking about but that sounds like Tina. The off the wall stuff at New star keeps it interesting. You should have asked if it was okay for Tina to join in.
