5mg seems to be enough for me. That being said I can technically function without it. It’s just unreliable, takes awhile to get going , and can be weak. So maybe ones starting point dictates how much of a dose they need.

I’ve been using Sildenafil (generic Viagra) for a couple of months now and it’s working as intended. It works best on an empty stomach, so if you know when you’ll be going out you can plan ahead and take it as needed. For myself, I’ve found about 45 minutes beforehand works best. First cup lasted roughly 10 minutes, second cup took a bit longer and was just a bit over 15 minutes. Both included BBJ along with multiple positions. 45 minutes is a long time!

Does that work out for you? If I went over 20 minutes, the rest of me would play out. My dick would be worthless.

I went to to a URO b/c the gun kept jamming (only like randomly) but we talked like men first not doctor and overthinking patient so he gave me like the smallest dose of Cialis b/c he said if this only happens like 20% it is probably performance anxiety ( he has no idea what goes on in this world so....) but said try this and remember if you are able to keep it going for over an hour then you are in a lot better shape and alot of guys mentally get blocked out for whatever reason.
