Welcome, gentlemen. Let's discuss. As much as I like Chiefs, I will personally support Eagles. Well...just because this is my choice. Both teams are great. What are your predictions?

I saw a report earlier that a lot of the Chief's players supposedly have a low level virus. That plus the Vegas odds makers favoring the Birds earlier this week.. not a good sign for the Chiefs. OK with me I grew up outside of Philly and been here my whole life. Go Birds!!!

In terms of the menu - my neighbor runs a small restaurant. This is what he's pitching today. A bit pricey, but if you have a couple of friends and can share, why not. I am not partaking, I do my own stuff:)

Yea it's a damn shame regarding that holding call, it sure as heck did not look like holding nor impeding his motion whatsoever. That's not a call you would normally see in a Super Bowl. But then again the Chiefs got a re-do in their AFC championship game against the Bengals. Probably the refs had proxy bets on them or something. It's a little suspicious, but, what can you do.

bad officiating catches up with both teams eventually but the rules are what ruined the game
what is a catch was a deciding factor several times and worked for and against both teams
you can’t say the game was decided on a single call since there were several that favored both teams

Of course I can't say that with 100% certainty because no one can tell the future. But not all blown calls are created equal. That call, and the ones against the Bengals that resulted in a do-over at a very critical moment did have more impact than some of the other questionable calls. But, your point isn't totally wrong either, that said, they need to do a better job of being even and consistent. And it seemed to me in the last 2 games the refs favored the Chiefs.

Also... Mahomes is clearly the LeBron of the NFL. Total BS acting that he got hurt to try to draw a penalty. He did the same shit in Bengals game with the "questionable" late hit where he clearly was ACTING that he got roughed up/hurt way more so than he did.

Mahomes limping off the field like he can barely walk, and 5 min later running full speed no issue, then claiming he "fought thru the pain" to try to get "extra props" as if he is some amazing guy with a serious injury that pulled off a miracle, is disingenous bullshit.

I used to like Mahomes, but now I think he is essentially the LeBron of football... a guy with great talent that sadly can't win on talent alone.

Nah Mahomes is monster. I’m a 50 yr bills fan (yeah, it’s as bad as it seems) so I can’t stand the guy but he was clearly, immediately in pain. I’ve spent some time in the old days in a professional (not football) league , I know first hand what a shot of cortisone and a super tight wrap job can do. It was good timing that it happened right before the half. Dude is a winner. Did you see Hurts last pass?!?!? I’m amazed a guy with such a weak arm is a pro QB

Mahomes is a great player - that's not my point. But when great players have to feign injuries to try to win, it's lame to me. Or, when someone like Brady, who is absolutely the GOAT even though I hate him, still had to cheat and destroy evidence of it because he wanted that extra edge... it's terrible sportsmanship and makes me truly dislike the person. Doesn't mean they don't have immense talent. Yea Hurts last pass wasn't great, but he had almost no time and took a shot. What can you do. If they didn't give them that BS holding call Eagles may have had a minute plus to get it done and things would have ended 42 to 38 or gone into OT. Both of those scenarios are pretty likely. Guaranteed? No, but based on everything overall, I don't think that statement is off base. Of course, end of day, it's ALL opinion....

Ah well. It is what it is. I didn't bet on the game, so I'll be just fine lol.

Enjoy your day!

That's why I I like hockey and rugby more vs football and soccer. The latter 2 have turned into a joke with too many drama queens on the field. But what can we do, we are just fans and spectators and they are more about the money.
