I have been consistently mongering for sometime and after the last appointment with a hot girl I felt nothing. That's when I realized that I might be bored of this hobby. Like probably half the mongers here, I live with a SO, so I already have intimacy in my life; that said, I still find that the most satisfying encounters with sex workers mimic that intimacy. I've been in same situation as OP. Usually I either take a break for a while or go right back at it with a favorite.
