There are tons of people hanging out together. People are ordering take out and standing in a room full of people. The grocery store is full of 50 people together. On the subways there are people coughing without covering their mouths, and people spitting on the street. Good luck controlling this in NYC. Homeless people could care less about all these rules. Some people have the philosophy, if god wants me to die, then he'll take me

It's going to be a long time. August is optimistic. You can use Asia as a predictor. For example, I have a good friend in Hong Kong who told me that Nintendo Switch was gonna sell out here bc it already sold out there months ago.

Hong Kong went into lockdown in January and they are still in lockdown, with no end in sight. Kids were going to go back to school in April and that is going to be pushed back.

Hong Kong is 1/3 the size of New York City and has 4 deaths because everyone automatically social distanced. They had been through SARS so they knew. And they are still locked down. Meanwhile NYC is at what...500 deaths? We are not taking it seriously enough here and it's going to explode.

If Hong Kong had been shut down for 3 months with no end in sight and their numbers are way better than ours, we are looking at many months of lockdown. Best case IMO is the fall.
Your assessment seems entirely reasonable. Even after this is under control we won't be going back to the way things were before the crisis. So maybe things will be semi-normal in the fall or maybe we will have on and off shutdowns, but either way to get the OPs question of when the amps will go back to normal without fear, that won't happen until the vaccine or some sort of drug treatment is available.

China just recently banned all foreigners from coming into their country. I know talk about irony. In the aftermath of this whole drama most countries will have stricter immigration policies especially related to China.

I have to keep repeating this to you guys. Things will never go back to “normal” or be the same. The mistake many girls will realize is they should have been more catering to clients and gave out their numbers or Wechat or whatever. In the aftermath of all this these amps will be shut down across the country and they will start to be deported in high numbers that you normally would see the Hispanics

That’s it the amp game is over especially in places like New York. The fact you guys think things will go back to normal is insane. ICE and public health officials will be banging on their doors weekly. And when the grannies are dumb enough to come outside next week when the quarantine ends they will be arrested on the spot.

In addition to that there will be more snitching than before because if people see the same hoes out on Roosevelt soliciting, they will be pissed off at them and take their anger with China out on them.

Please guys think with your big hear and not the small one . Amps are gone. Might as well rename this website chicaspotreviews.net in the aftermath

I dunno about that. There will be a point in time when things are back to normal. The simple fact is, especially in NYC, that prostitution is not very high on the priority list of law enforcement. I don't see that changing much.

People have short memories. Once it's under control and there's a vaccine, things will go back to the way they were.

You are speaking emotionally. This is a sanctuary city. Ice is not going to be beating down all the doors. Relax. It wont be how it was.

However it also wont be as drastic as you are making it out to be. Around June or so a few places will be back. Maybe sooner. Gfe may be done til theres a vaccine or very rarely.

Girls might start doing more apt setups that are Asian. Manhattan will still have some spots but places are definitely closing some for good.

I think nyc will have lower cases in July or August, then comes fall there might be a second wave? They are trying to use the malaria drug and zithromax to treat it. Maybe they will develop something like prep that people can take to prevent it? De Blasio says 50% of ny will get it? Sadly I think maybe June 2021 when a vaccine should be developed, then it will be over.

The question is that when they reduce social isolation and allow people to go back to work, will any of you guys be willing to chance it and hobby and get this virus? I bet most of the mongers here fall in the high risk group. Are you willing to risk 2-3 weeks in ICU and be on a ventilator?[/QUOTE Fuckin spell check.

No I’m not speaking emotionally I’m giving you reality

Short memories? Did people have short memories after they had extra vitriol to Arabs after 9/11? Of course not. Even in the Obama era they still were being xenophobic to him over something as simple as his name.

I brought up 9/11 because many people compare it and the Coronavirus pandemic as life shifting events in the American culture. Things won’t go back to normal especially not June as you guys claim lol. Hilarious. I can take a ban bet right now with both of you where I guarantee you everything I said actually takes place.

It’s not about prostitution itself you are right the cops don’t take it seriously unless it’s time to get paid or something

I know that a few of the women I have seen many times at a couple of well known amps in brooklyn are citizens, and in fact worry more about being able to get visas to visit family in China. I know that some here will say they are not telling the truth but I have every reason to believe them given the many years they have been resident. I also know that both Lilly and Lucy of Mott 3rd floor are citizens.

i think there are probably virtually no gfe girls who are us citizens or even green card holders for that matter, but among the Chinese women of regular R&T amps the situation is different and they will likely be back as soon as they are able to reopen..it will be up to individuals to assess the risk to themselves and society at large. I will be a good citizen and refrain until this is well under control, but I am a confessed addict , so this is going to difficult. Really difficult!
Does anyone really think this will change that much in the long run? I wouldn’t bet a cent on that.

Your logic is so odd its no wonder you had a brothel manager manipulate you.

The Asians that are here did not cause the pandemic and China got fucked also. That is not what happened in 9/11. Comparing the two is absurd.

First of all, if you read my post, I said it's going to be a long time before things are back to normal. Best case scenario would be the fall. I'm with you on that.

Disagree with your other point though. AMPs are not going to be eradicated as you predict. It's not called "the world's oldest profession" for nothing. As long as men want to pay for sex and there are Asian women to sell it, it will happen. The only way they would eliminate AMPs due to coronavirus is if people believed AMPs are a huge public risk for transmission, and it's not. There will be a point in time where we will get to have large weddings again, public events, clubs and restaurants will be open, etc. All of which would be way more of a concern for the spread of coronavirus than a 1-on-1 session between a john and a provider.

As for racism and xenophobia leading to the shutdown....there's no way the police are going to target AMPs for that effort when there are like what, maybe a few hundred girls max in the business? If that? That would be the most ridiculous way to eliminate the threat. You're better off going after the nail salons and the dishwashers in the chinese restaurants. They're all illegal aliens too, and there are thousands more of them.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they look at some of these industries where there is personal contact between two behind closed doors and add some
new licensing guidelines with a special DOB task force to conduct drive by inspections. The city will need to collect more revenue, specula licensing fees and fines are a great source???
Ya never know.

Always follow the money:
In NYC, we are on lockdown, and can get unemployment as well as the COVID-19 stimulus money ($600/week from the Feds). These girls aren't getting that, and they won't be. That lack of money will bring them out,and they may OPT to go back to Asia. I don't know about chicaspotreviews.net, but shit's definitely gonna look alot different on the other side of this. Be safe...

The landscape will change but not in the sense that some people are saying.

Some of the AMPs that exist now are going to go under. Months of no customers and they won't be able to pay their rent. You're going to see this everywhere though. Restaurants, bars, etc. are going to close for the same reason. However, when people are no longer scared of coronvirus (however long that takes), then new AMPs will open under new names.

It's simple supply and demand.

Demand - There are guys even now who want to continue seeing providers, right at the height of the panic. Down the line, when the medical community finds a vaccine or cure, people won't think about COVID at all. Think of it this way - hobbying is very high risk for STDs, some of which are permanent and some of which are terrifying (AIDS). Yet hobbyist continue to do this. They won't be thinking about a flu virus!

Supply - Being a provider is a very lucrative job for an uneducated girl. The popular ones likely make way more than most of their customers, especially when taxes are figured in. Also, all the girls that are currently working have no job experience or skills for a regular 9-5 job so there isn't much opportunity for them. They are waiting like the rest of us until they can go back to work. Same for the mamasans, owners, etc.

AMPs will be back, just like everything else, when COVID runs its course.
