Thinking about taking a solo vacation this winter to somewhere in Latin America where I can monger cheaply with high quality girls. Which place would be best for this type of vacation while being safe enough to not worry about getting robbed. I know about Tijuana, Mexico but does anyone have other locations to check out? I heard Colombian girls are very beautiful but the crime rate is deterring me from going there. I feel Brazil is also too dangerous for a foreigner who sticks out a lot. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Hands down, Dominican Republic.
Many of the whorehouses in Santo Domingo have Brazilian, Russian and Colombian women. But I prefer Dominican. They are young, beautiful and the sex is so amazing.
I usually stay at the Hilton or Jaragua Hotel. Both are located right in front of the ocean. Grab a cup of coffee, two large towels and walk towards the beach. Have sex while listening to the ocean and the sun rising.

I think it was like $50 for a room when I showed up in person. Chicks would ask 100, but usually go for 80. If you vibe with a girl, she will just hang out with you all night. The DR has already been mentioned. The only other Caribbean options that come to mind are Aruba and Curacao. Curacao had Campo Alegre but that has been shut down as a result of Covid and won't reopen anytime soon, if ever. Aruba has/had a red light district in San Nicolas that at one time was excellent! Colombian women would come work on 3 month visas at the bars in San Nicolas and it was around $60 for a 30 min session. At one time (15 years ago) there were like 15-20 bars going strong with probably 3-4 women in each bar and most of them were 7/8s with a few 9s. In recent years a lot of the bars have closed so it has been moving in the wrong direction and with Covid I have no idea what it is like now. When I was last there in 2019, it really wasn't worth a trip just for mongering. Although the island is nice and there are Venezuelan escorts that will visit your hotel room. I have had some great times with the Venezuelan escorts but its not cheap like San Nicolas. Great place to visit January-March.

A question about language. How much is it necessary to speak the local language (Spanish, for example)? In the DR, it is not required. All the best providers take it upon themselves to know English, and the others still understand the language of business (USD to Peso conversion). Especially interested in Colombia and Brazil. Never been, but the women are exquisitely beautiful!
I think the best place is Costa Rica. In San Jose and Jaco you have so many ex-pat Americans and Canadians that you can get by with limited Spanish. The major plus about Costa Rica is that it is relatively safe for a single traveler. DR I found to be a bit dicey if you are alone. Jamaica is a hot mess and I cannot comment on Colombia. I have never had a safety issue in Costa Rica. That said the downside it that Costa Rica is expensive. In some ways it is like you never left the States.
You can do an all inclusive to a sex resort in the DR. Price includes airfare hotel and airport transport. The resorts have web pages with pictures of the girls. You also have the option to have the girl or girls in the van when you get your ride from the airport. There are several places that cater to US men that come to visit.
