    I wonder if a good attorney would be able to make a case that it was a wrong arrest and sue the city for damages.

    I used to do it with not much thought, but now I highly reconsider. It creeps the hell out of me just imagining that happen. I'm afraid will need to dump this habit That being said, I believe that a place that actually doesn't offer FS would be considered low risk?
