I'm not saying that this is what usually happens, just it is a possibility.
And that's just the way the DA plays people off against each other.

To be clear, the issue is the embarrassment of being arrested and the effect it can have on my marriage. Clearing in court won't help much. Lives can be ruined just by the mere arrest. So back to base 1. What's likely to happen if the place is busted and it's a massage place, not an official FS place?

Anything is possible. Someone could file a complaint. Maybe a provider provides extras on the side without the MMS knowing. Maybe a providers works at another location that offers FS and your spa get caught up in the investigation. You need to decide how much personal risk you are willing to take.

A lot depends on the discretion of the arresting officer. There's no guarantees that if they are executing a warrant, you won't be arrested.

From an officer friend of mine, if they have no proof of the actual negotiation of money for services then they would literally have to catch you in the act.
