I'll give you the low mileage, and younger looking face. But when it comes to Asian women, even the middle age ones have the same tight body and smooth skin as the younger ones. And from experience, Japanese women makes the same noise when they're young or old. I think it's an affectation from all the porn the Japanese produce. I've already mentioned my preference is 35 - 40, because that's when they are at their sexual peak biologically. And they still look young enough to be very pleasing to the eye. Their experiences, especially if they've been in the hobby for a while, is just a major bonus.
As for older celebrities: Marisa Tomei and Diane Lane has been on my List of 5 since forever. And for you Phoebe Cates fans, you can sometimes run into her when she's working at her boutique on the East Side.

I think the young vrs the older women at some shops have issues amongst each other as well. I frequented a R&T shop last year, usually had the same older gal whenever I did stop by, thin build, still had a nice looking face, decent massage and tug, a younger hottie started work there, I made the switch to the hot younger girl, discovered she had quite a menu and the talent to back it up, after a couple visits to young one, she told me she wasn’t happy at this shop due to the other two women giving her the cold shoulder and hating on her, this young hottie knew she easily stood out, most of the other girl’s customers began requesting Ms hottie, I connected her with another shop owner/friend, same shop where a girl I give a ride home works, still does, she and hottie got along well, no problem, The hottie worked there briefly and at her original shop, she told me she knew she was still young, beautiful and could require more in tips, I sent a few friendlies to see her, she ended up going back to California.
For me this has always proven to be true, even when I dated women this age when I was younger than them.
