Yeah this is pretty rare. About 4 years ago I found a place that was way way under the radar, tucked away in the back of some building that had a 19 year old. She didn't do much beyond HE but that place simply disappeared. The constantly resurrecting spa on 28th street (formerly Red Spa) had some 23 year olds that were amazing, but I felt it was super overpriced.

there are no teens. i find it interesting that this is so however
i don't think the business in general attracts teens per se
i think women have to go through a maturity process because no teen grows up wanting to do this shit. if you understand that then you understand such things would have to be cultivated in a country of poverty with no boundaries
my suggestion....go visit a third world country in SE asia. if you go to the porn video site and search you'll see REAL teens from like thailand and those countries. those vids?,,,,they ARE underage!

SA (Seeking Arrangements) most certainly enjoys the ranks of 18-19 year olds, and seems to feature a disproportionate share of F.I.T. students in NYC. For better or for worse, I have entertained the likes of 19, 20, and 22 year old students from F.I.T. My experiences were mixed, but all 3 had plenty of classmates and friends who were also on SA as well. With enough time, effort, and $, patience pays dividends.
