I suppose you’re right. I guess they know how to hide it well. Or else I’m just a little naive.
I don't think it is naive, you are not wrong when using the strictest definition. My point is that it is a different way of looking their life, at what these women are willing to sacrifice by choice in order to have a chance at experiencing a life we were born into. They had a handler, their handler charges a lot to move them from there to here.
It is why i believe tipping a legit masseuse as much or more as those who choose the role of sex worker is important. We can help those who draw the line of legitimacy to remain legit, knowing it is less lucrative and will take much longer to repay those she owes, and also knowing she may preserve that part of her soul she will need if she meets the right guy.
No judgment passed on those women who take the other road.
